Yep, that's exactly what happened to me. It's not that I didn't do my job like I was supposed to. They just realized that they didn't have the money in the budget to hire someone to do what I did. Jim was sad about it. He told me of all the people he interviewed, he liked me the best and was sad to see me leave, and wished they could keep me on. I wish they had realized this sooner. Losing a job sucks. My heart goes out to all the people who get laid off due to budget cuts and downsizing.
